Celebration of the Centenary of the Missionary Society of St Columban

Om Sunday, 14 October, 2018 Bishop Fintan Monahan led the celebration of the centenary of the Columban Missionary family which took place in St Michael’s Church, Kildysart, Co Clare. The Columban Sisters were founded in Kildysart and the Columban Fathers had their first seminary there.

A wonderful choir from the surrounding prishes came together for the occasion. I greatly enjoyed being musical director for the liturgy and working with wonderfully talented singers and musicians.
